This is my go to platter for everything, especially when having more than our usual 4 for dinner although I use it regularly for our 4. This is great platter for grilled fish, roasted corn, grilled eggplant, bbq chicken to name a few. I tend to bring it loaded with food to grill, then wash it by hand and use it to serve when all is ready!
