This is my go to platter for so many things. I use for grilled fish, roasted corn, grilled vegetable skewers, grilled chicken, grilled eggplant, and so much more. I tend to bring all these things out to the grill on this platter then wash by hand and use to serve. This is a nice size for Sunday brunch baked good options! I’ve also used it for parties, serving h’orderves as well as cupcakes!
